Porcelain Pavers
Zero porosity. Zero maintenance. Total elegance.
Porcelain pavers are fired at extreme temperatures, creating a surface so dense it's virtually impermeable. Unlike natural stone, porcelain requires no sealing, resists all staining, and maintains its surface indefinitely. It's the fastest-growing premium paver category in Sarasota's luxury market.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is porcelain slippery around pools?
Standard porcelain CAN be slippery when wet. For pool decks, specify R11 or R12 anti-slip rated porcelain. We only recommend appropriate slip ratings for each application — pool deck selections always meet safety standards.
Can porcelain pavers handle vehicle weight?
Thick-format porcelain (20mm+) rated for vehicular use can handle standard passenger vehicles. For heavy trucks or RVs, concrete interlocking pavers are a better structural choice.
How does porcelain compare to travertine for patios?
Porcelain requires no sealing, comes in more design options, and is easier to maintain. Travertine has a natural warmth and unique character that manufactured porcelain can't replicate. Premium clients often mix both — porcelain for covered areas, travertine outdoors.
